🔁 Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Item is free of odors, marks, or damage
  • Item includes all original tags, accessories, and inserts

📦 For hygiene reasons, toe pads, socks, and opened dance kits cannot be returned unless they are defective.

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item if it’s in stock. To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at support with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship the exchange promptly.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
